Multidisciplinary Collaborative Design and Optimization of Turbine Rotors Considering Aleatory and Interval Mixed Uncertainty under a SORA Framework

The turbine rotor is the key component of turbine, which has a great impact on construction cost and power generation efficiency an entire hydropower station. Receiving torque runner transmission completing specified its main function. There are many uncertain factors in design, manufacture, operation environment rotor. Therefore, it necessary to optimize mechanism premise ensuring that mechanical system meets high reliability safety levels. This article uses multidisciplinary analysis optimization method under random interval uncertainty quantitatively analyze factors, then optimally solves RBMDO problem mechanism. Through finite element simulation optimized design scheme, rationality feasibility obtained results further verified.
